Elements

1. Program module Mitsubishi (Japan)

The systems are completely automatic and do not require any full-time service personnel. The treatment process is controlled by a Mitsubishi controller, which allows the optimization of the operating process regarding the consumption of electric power and element operating resources; in particular, it ensures the consecutive automatic switching of the system into first, and then into second, Economy Mode of Operation, if there are no incoming waste waters after 1 and 24 hours, respectively, and into a Forced Mode of Operation - if waste water quantity is bigger than the design value. A Telko sediment indicator maintains constant concentration of active sediments. The controller display shows the actual system operation - the waste water treatment phase of the system at a certain time, the operating facilities, the Mode of Operation of the System, (Economy, Normal or Forced). There is also emergency alarm in the following cases:
- Electric blackout;
- Breakdown of any of the units;
- The receiving chamber is full with rough sediments;
- The filter bags are full with surplus active sediments;
- In case of an electric blackout, during the first 24 hours the system discharges the water treated earlier. Then it begins to function as a multi-level settling tank, thus ensuring that waste waters are cleaned from oils and floating dirt - the main enemies to all drainage systems. When the electric supply is restored, the system again switches into a normal mode of operation.

 2. Valve АSCO (Holland)

They are used for control of the supply of air into the aerators and the airlifts.

4. Pumps Grundfus (Germany), Zenit, Pedrolo (Italy)

Pumps of series AR 10. AR 50 and AR 70 are used for the pumping up the water containing slime, sewage and fecal waters, wich generate by the inhabiting both of residential and industrial or public buildings. Depending on the degree of the pollution of working ambience, the pumps with the free passage 10 mm, 50 mm or 70 mm are used. In each of these series there is an adaptation to the actual conditions for operation gradation of power according to the types of pumps with the drive from the electric motors of alternating or three-phase current (they are supplied also pumps with the engines of explosion-proof performance).
The pumps of a series AR satisfy the high demands of the standards of quality with respect to the duration of the period of service and faultlessness of operation.

Because of the 10 - millimeter free passage and the possibility of the selection of the parameters of electric motor (0,15; 0,25 or 0,35 kW), reliable piston pumps KR are irreplaceable for pumping of both the pure water and the water with the small dirt content.

These pumps are suitable for installation in the vertical, the horizontal and even inclined positions. With the connection of float switch the pump can work in the automatic regime. In case of stationary installation, the pumps KR usually are used for the pumping up effluents from the flouted basements, the drains from the washing machines, the baths, the showers. Furthermore, they are adapted for pumping over of the slightly dirty surface, ground water, rain drains, water from the wells and the collectors. In the portable version, these pumps are used for the pumping up the liquid from the reservoirs or the flouted basements.
